Microsoft is in the process of replacing Internet Explorer with a modern browser, called Edge. While Internet Explorer is still available, continuing to use it may present issues. One we are aware of at CPU is that WorkforceHUB users may not be able to view the tools and functionalities needed. We are working to see if there is a solution for those who use Internet Explorer, but what we do know is that all features function as they should on Chrome, FireFox and Edge browsers.
We also know that Microsoft is forging ahead with newer technologies in order to increase security and functionality. They are no longer supporting Internet Explorer and fully moving to Edge. Continuing to use Internet Explorer may come with additional complexities and complications. We recommend that if you use this platform to start transitioning browsers to stay safe and secure.
